Billie Holiday is one of the most prolific jazz singers in history. Her unique timbre, syncopation, and soulful interpretations of swing and blues accelerated her to stardom in her early twenties. She collaborated with Benny Goodman, Lester Young, Artie Shaw, Count Basie, and many other jazz greats. Some of her best known hits include "Strange Fruit", "God Bless the Child", and "I'll Be Seeing You."
